MEATBALLS 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
About 30 saltine crackers
Sm. onion
Garlic clove or use to taste if you like garlic
Ground chuck (2 lbs.)
Salt and pepper to taste

Crumble crackers into bowl. Cover with milk, soak 1 hour. Place ground chuck, chopped onion and garlic into bowl. Pour moistened crackers into meat, mix with hands and roll into desired size meatballs. You may fry meatballs lightly, drain on paper towel so no grease will be in soup mixture.

In Dutch oven pour soup mixture and three cans of water. Stir until soup mixture is non lumpy. Place meatballs in pan. Cover and cook about 1 to 1 1/2 hours on low.
