CHICKEN CHOW MEIN 
1 lb. cooked, chopped chicken
1/4 lb. cooked, chopped pork (opt.)
1/2 c. onion, thinly sliced
1 c. thinly sliced celery
2 c. beef broth
3 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. canned mushrooms (save 1/4 c. juice)
1 can bamboo shoots
1 can bean sprouts
2 tbsp. molasses

Cook onion and celery in beef broth. Simmer for 20 minutes. Mix cornstarch with saved 1/4 cup of mushroom juice and soy sauce. Add to vegetables in broth and mix until mixture thickens. Add cans of bamboo shoots and bean sprouts along with cooked meats and molasses, stir well and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve over rice and or chow mein noodles.
