CHICKEN CHOW BAKE 
2 c. cooked chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can (9 oz.) pineapple tidbits
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. celery, sliced
2 tbsp. green onion, chopped
1 can (2 1/2 c.) chow mein noodles

Combine all ingredients except noodles. Gently fold in 1 cup noodles. Turn into 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Serves 4 or 5.
