CHICKEN CHOW MEIN 
1/2 chicken
2 c. celery
1 1/2 c. onion
1 tbsp. cornstarch
Salt & pepper to taste
2 c. chicken stock
Soy sauce to taste
1 can Chinese vegetables

Cook celery and onion in chicken stock until tender. Use some of the stock for dissolving the cornstarch. Add chicken and can of Chinese vegetables. Heat well. Serve over chow mein noodles or rice.
