PEKING PORK CHOPS 
6 (1 inch) pork chops
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 c. catsup
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed

Place chops in crock pot. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Cover and cook on low 4 to 6 hours.
