CRAB MEAT DIP 
1 c. crab meat
Juice of 1 lemon
1 (3 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
1 scallion, chopped
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Remove cartilage from crab meat. Place crab meat in small bowl and toss with lemon juice. Put aside to marinate. Combine remaining ingredients. Mix crab meat through cheese mixture and chill.

Serve with crackers or raw vegetables.

May be made a day ahead.
