GRILLED PINEAPPLE BURGERS 
2 lb. lean ground beef
3 tbsp. Italian dressing
1 tsp. salt
Pepper
1 can (15 oz.) sliced pineapple, drained
8 slices bacon
3/4 c. barbecue sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. honey
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix beef, salad dressing, salt and pepper. Shape into 8 patties 3 inch diameter. Press pineapple slice into each patty. Wrap each patty with bacon, secure with toothpick.

Mix barbecue sauce, brown sugar, honey and lemon juice. Place in 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour sauce mixture over patties. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Grill patties, pineapple side down, 4 inches from hot coals, 12-15 minutes. Turn carefully. Brush with mixture. Grill 10-15 minutes. 8 servings.
