GRAN MARNIER FRENCH TOAST 
6 eggs
1/3 c. Gran Marnier liqueur
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. orange juice
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. vanilla
Grated peel of 1 orange
6 fresh croissants, split in half

Beat eggs; add orange juice, Gran Marnier liqueur, milk, sugar, vanilla, salt and orange peel. Dip croissants into mixture...cook as French toast.

Serve with garnish of fresh orange and Virginia maple syrup on the side. Serves 6 people.
