GOLDEN POTATO WEDGES 
4 med. potatoes, scrubbed, unpeeled, cut in wedges
1 tsp. vegetable oil
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Place potatoes in shallow 1 1/2 quart microwave safe dish. Sprinkle with oil and remaining ingredients, except Parmesan cheese. Stir to coat potatoes. Cover with waxed paper and microwave 8 to 10 minutes, stirring to re-distribute potatoes twice. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes longer. Let stand, covered for 5 minutes. Potatoes will be tender and cheese melted.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
