POLKA DOT CAKE 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. white vinegar
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. cold water
2 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. oil

Mix all dry ingredients. Add liquids; mix well. Pour into greased and floured pan, 13x9x2 inches. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. May need to bake a little longer, but it's worth the time because this is a delicious cake.

TOPPING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (6 oz.) c. chocolate bits

Combine and stir in chocolate bits last. Drop by spoonfuls over the cake.
