1 1/2 c. flour
1 c sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. baking soda
1 c. water
1/3 c. oil
1 tbsp. white vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Sift dry ingredients all together into a greased, 8 x 8 inch baking pan. Make 3 holes in flour. Into first hole, put 1/3 cup oil. Into second hole, put 1 tablespoon white vinegar. Into third hole, put 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. pour 1 cup water over all ingredients. Mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
