WHITE CENTER CUP CAKES 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. water
2/3 c oil
2 tbsp. vinegar

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
12 oz. chocolate chips

Add all ingredients, blend well. Mix filling ingredients. Fill cups half full with batter. Drop teaspoon filling in center of cup cake (small ones). Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
