PORK & APPLE GRILL | |
1/2 c. apple jelly 1/2 c. steak sauce 4 tbsp. butter 2 lb. boneless pork butt 3 Golden Delicious apples 1. In small saucepan over medium to low heat, heat apple jelly, steak sauce and butter until melted, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. 2. Trim excess fat from pork butt, cut meat into 2 inch chunks. Cut apples into thick wedges. 3. Broil or bake at 450 degrees for 35-40 minutes until pork and apple wedges are tender, turning meat and apples occasionally. Brush with apple-butter sauce last 15 minutes of broiling. Serves 6. |
