PECAN PIE | |
1 box light brown sugar 2 tbsp. self-rising flour 1 stick butter 3 eggs 6 tbsp. milk 1 c. pecans, chopped 2 tsp. vanilla extract 1 1/2 tsp. vinegar 2 raw pie crusts (deep dish works best) Melt butter and allow to cool. Mix sugar and flour together. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add milk, vanilla extract, and vinegar. Stir in cooled butter and pecans. Pour mixture into 2 pie crusts. Put pies into cold oven and cook at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Yields 2 pies. |
