VICTORY PECAN RAISIN PIE 
4 eggs, beaten separately
1 c. dark raisins
1 c. pecans, crushed
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. butter
1 pie pastry

Mix well beaten egg yolks, sugar, and melted butter. Add raisins, pecans, vinegar and spices. Next fold in stiff egg white. Put on uncooked pie crust and bake in a moderate oven (300 degrees) for 35 to 40 minutes. Check until baked.
