PECAN PIE 
1 stick butter
1 lb. box brown sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. flour
6 tbsp. milk
2 tsp. vinegar
2 c. pecans
2 pie shells

Melt butter, add sugar, beat eggs and add to sugar and butter. Add next 4 ingredients. Place pecans in pie shells. Pour mixture over pecans. Cook 1 hour at 300 degrees. This will also make 24 miniature pies. Our family has used this because it is not as sweet as the recipes with syrup.
