HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. lean hamburger
Salt, pepper and garlic to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Tater tots

Brown hamburger and season to taste. Drain excess fat and juices. Put hamburger into a 1 1/2 - 2 quart casserole dish.

Pour soup over hamburger. Fill remainder of dish with tater tots. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove cover and brown tater tots under broiler. Can be doubled.
