HAMBURG BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 med. onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 (1 lb.) can cut green beans, drained
1 can condensed tomato soup

POTATO FLUFF TOPPER:

5 med. potatoes, cooked
1/2 c. warm milk
1 beaten egg
Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Cook onion in small amount of fat until tender, but not brown. Add meat and seasoning and brown lightly. Add drained beans and soup and pour into greased casserole dish. Drop Potato Fluff Topping in mounds over meat. Bake 25-30 minutes in 350 degree oven.

Topper - Mash potatoes while hot. Add milk and egg - season to taste.
