1/2 c. butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
2 pkg. (3 1/2 oz.) instant chocolate pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
20 oz. pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed

Gummy worms
Plastic pail with shovel or plastic pot with plastic flower

Cream butter, sugar and cream cheese. Add Cool Whip. Mix milk and pudding together and blend with Cool Whip mixture.

LAYER:

1/3 Oreos in bottom of pail or pot
1/2 filling
1/3 oreos
1/2 filling
Rest of Oreos

Bury worms throughout.

Decorate top with flower or shovel.
