CHEESY PORK CHOPS 
1 c. butter
1 c. cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. milk
6 pork chops, 3/4 inch thick

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place butter in pan in oven to melt. In a pie plate, mix crumbs, cheese, salt, and pepper. In a bowl, mix egg and milk. Coat pork chops with crumb mix, dip in egg mixture and again in crumbs. Place in baking dish. Bake 30 minutes. Carefully turn chips and bake another 30 minutes.
