PORK CHOPS ROMANO 
4 or 5 pork chops (thick)
Salt and pepper
Garlic powder
Cooking oil (1 c.)
1 c. Progresso bread crumbs
1/2 c. Romano cheese or Parmesan cheese

Cover cookie sheet with foil and brush lightly with oil. Mix bread crumbs and cheese. Season chops with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Dip chops in oil, then in bread crumbs. Place on foil. Bake in 325 to 350 degree oven for about 1 hour or until done.
