NO BAKE CHEESECAKE 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
13 oz. can milnot
3 c. graham crackers, crumbled
1/2 c. butter

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Chill until slightly thickened. Cream together cheese, sugar and vanilla. Add gelatin and blend well. Beat chilled milnot until stiff, fold in above mixture. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Line bottom of 9"x13"x2" pan with 2/3 crumb mixture; also sides. Spoon in filling and sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Chill for several hours.

My grandma made this recipe years ago...but she only used 1/4 cup of boiling water and added 1 large (20 oz.) can of drained crushed pineapple. Very delicious!
