CARAMEL BARS 
3/4 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. butter, softened
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. nature valley granola (any flavor)
1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix powdered sugar and butter in large bowl. Stir in 1 1/2 cups flour. Press mixture evenly in ungreased rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches. Bake until light golden brown, 12 to 15 minutes.

Mix remaining ingredients, spread over baked layer. Bake until edges are brown, 18 to 20 minutes, cool. Cut into bars, about 3x1 inch. Makes 36 bars.
