SHRIMP DIP 
1 (8 oz.) can shrimp, minced
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. finely chopped jalapeno
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. finely chopped pimento
2 tbsp. chopped green onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Drain shrimp, beat cream cheese until smooth and beat in sour cream. Stir in remaining ingredients, cover and chill well. Serve with chips or vegetable slices. Makes 2 cups.
