TURKEY PAN GRAVY 
8 heaping tbsp. flour
6 tbsp. turkey breast drippings
1 1/2 c. broth (use 2 chicken bouillon cubes and 1 1/2 c. water for broth)
3 c. milk
Salt and pepper

Blend flour into drippings. Slowly stir in broth and milk. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
