HASH BROWN CASSEROLE | |
1 (2 lb.) pkg. hash browns 1 stick melted butter 1/2 c. chopped onions 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 can evaporated milk 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese (1/2 on top & 1/2 mixed in) 2 c. corn flakes Mix all ingredients together and bake on 325 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. |
