HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1/2 chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. melted butter
2 c. corn flake crumbs
1 c. sour cream
1 c. milk

In a 9 x 13 inch greased dish, pour thawed hash browns. Mix butter, onion, salt, pepper, sour cream, soup, milk and Cheddar cheese. Pour over hash browns and mix. Sprinkle corn flake crumbs over top and dribble 1/4 cup melted butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 8.
