1/2 bottle Russian dressing
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 sm. jar pineapple preserves
8 pieces of chicken

Place chicken in roasting pan, mix above ingredients and place some on each piece. Cover and bake for about 1 hour at 350 degrees. This makes a delicious main dish. Serve with rice.
