1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 c. oil
1 can mandarin oranges and juice

Bake at 350 degrees. Let cake cool completely, then frost with icing below.

ICING:

1 carton Cool Whip
1 pkg. instant French vanilla pudding mix
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained

KEEP CAKE COOL.
