CHICKEN AND RICE 
8 chicken parts, as desired
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
Converted or long-cooking rice

In 9x13 Pyrex pan, spray with Pam (or other). Cover bottom with 1/2 inch rice. Layer chicken over rice and cover with water.

In a bowl, mix mushroom soup and Lipton soup well. Pour over chicken. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 - 1 1/2 hours.
