CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. oil
6 chicken breasts
1/2 tsp. garlic powder or salt
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. thyme
2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears, thawed
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Melt butter and oil in 13 x 9 inch baking dish in 400 degree oven. Place chicken in dish, turn to coat. Sprinkle with garlic. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Mix all other ingredients, except broccoli, well. Arrange broccoli along outside edges of pan. Spoon soup mixture over contents. Return to oven. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes more.
