CREAM CHEESE PILLOWS 
1/2 c. butter
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. thick jam
1 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
1/4 c. granulated sugar

Cream butter and cream cheese, blend in flour. Shape into large ball, cover and chill. Roll very thin on floured board. Cut with 2 1/2 inch round cookie cutter. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Place about 1/4 teaspoon jam in center. May moisten edges with water. Fold cookie in half and press edges with times of fork. Bake at 375 degrees for about 12 minutes. Coat hot cookies in sugar-cinnamon mixture. (cost 1.29 or 3 cents per cookie)
