28 Oreos
1 tsp. cinnamon
6 tbsp. butter
3 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, room temperature
1 c. sugar
1 c. chocolate chips
3 tbsp. flour
3 lg. eggs, room temperature
2 tbsp. heavy cream
2 tsp. vanilla

Put cookies into blender to make into crumbs. Melt butter, add cookie crumbs and cinnamon. Press firmly on bottom and 2 inches up sides of a 9 inch springform pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, remove and cool.

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, melted chocolate chips and flour; beat until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat in cream and vanilla. Pour into cooled crust and bake in middle of 300 degree oven for 60-65 minutes. Cool on rack 10 minutes, carefully run spatula along sides to loosen. Chill several hours or overnight.
