2 loaves sandwich bread
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. melted butter
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese (softened)
8 tsp. cinnamon

Trim off crust from bread slices. Roll bread flat. Mix together cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and egg yolks. Spread flattened bread slices with mixture. Roll up each slice.

Mix together 2 cups sugar and the cinnamon. Dip each roll in melted butter and then in sugar mixture. Freeze rolls on cookie sheet. Store frozen rolls in Tupperware, after you freeze them first on a cookie sheet. Bake desired number in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes.
