CRAB STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 lg. pkg. fresh mushrooms
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 can lump crabmeat
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. bread crumbs, unseasoned
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 drops Tabasco sauce
Dash of onion powder, garlic powder and black pepper

Destem and clean mushrooms. Dry and set aside. Mix all other ingredients together. Stuff mushrooms with mixture. Sprinkle more bread crumbs on stuffed mushrooms. Broil in a very hot oven for about 8-10 minutes or until cheese is runny. Garnish and serve immediately.
