NO CRUST CHEESECAKE 
4 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 c. sugar
5 eggs
3 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 pt. sour cream

All ingredients should be at room temperature. Grease and flour a 9" or 10" spring form pan. Cream the sugar and cream cheese and add eggs one at a time. Add remaining ingredients and beat for 15 minutes. Pour into prepared pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour (do not open oven door.) Turn the oven off and leave in oven for 1 additional hour. Refrigerate in pan for 10 hours. Very creamy and very rich. Garnish with seasonal fruit.
