1 pkg. broccoli
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
3/4 c. Bisquick
Salt and pepper to taste

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Cook broccoli in salted water until almost tender. Drain well. Mix broccoli, cheese, onion, pepper and put in greased 10 inch pie plate. Beat eggs, milk and Bisquick well and pour over. Bake 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
