HUNGARIAN CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3-4 lb. cut up frying chicken
4-5 potatoes
4-5 carrots, cut 3" - 4" lengths
2 med. onions, sliced
4 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Skin chicken. Arrange chicken in a roasting pan with carrots and potatoes. Cover with sliced onions. Dot with butter. Sprinkle seasonings on top. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Uncover last 1/2 hour to brown.

This is a favorite meal in my family. Delicious on a cold snowy wintery day. Enjoy. Easy to fix. Serves 5 to 6.
