1 (8 qt.) pkg. nonfat dry milk powder
1 (16 oz.) can sweetened cocoa mix
1 lb. sifted powdered sugar
1 (6 oz.) jar powdered non-dairy creamer

Mix all ingredients. Makes 15 cups mix, enough for about 60 cups of cocoa. For a more chocolatey flavor: add 4 ounces of sifted sweetened cocoa to the mix.

To make 1 cup: Mix 1/4 cup cocoa mix with 3/4 cup boiling water. Stir well to dissolve. Top with marshmallow if desired.
