SPINACH BALLS 
10 oz. thawed chopped spinach
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. Pepperidge farm herb dressing
6 tbsp. butter

Drain spinach. Combine with all other ingredients and roll into balls. Freeze. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Yield: about 54 balls about 1 inch in diameter.
