SWEET 'N SOUR SAUSAGE 
1 lb. link sausage
1 onion, sliced
13 1/2 oz. can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 tomato, cut in wedges
1 green pepper, cut in strips
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. pineapple juice
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. cold water

Cut sausages in 3/4" slices and brown in large skillet. Drain off fat. Add pineapple, tomato, green pepper and onion and brown lightly. Mix together vinegar, pineapple juice, brown sugar and soy sauce. Add to meat and vegetable mixture. Continue to cook until meat is done. Dissolve cornstarch in water and add to mixture. Cook until sauce thickens. Serves 4 to 6.
