SWEET 'N SOUR SAUSAGE BALLS 
2 lbs. sausage (or 1 lb. sausage + 1 lb. hamburger)
1/4 tsp. salt (if hamburger is used)
3/4 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 onion, chopped

Combine ingredients together and shape into small balls.

SAUCE:

1 c. ketchup
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/3-1/2 c. brown sugar, packed

Mix these ingredients together. Put sausage balls in baking pan covered with tin foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and drain off any grease. Spoon sauce over the sausage balls and return, uncovered to the oven. Bake at 350 degrees for an additional 45 minutes.
