REUBEN CASSEROLE 
1 (27 oz.) can sauerkraut
1 lg. tomato, chopped (can be canned, fresh, or frozen)
1/4 c. ketchup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. minced onion
1/2 tsp. caraway seed
1 (12 oz.) can corn beef, cubed or 1 lb. corn beef, cubed

Combine all of above and mix well. Rye bread, butter, 1/2 pound shredded Swiss cheese.

Oil (or spray with Pam) a rectangle glass baking dish.

Butter and layer rye bread cubes on bottom. Pour mixture on top. Spread shredded cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly and hot (1/2 hour). You can turn on low or hot depending when you want to eat.
