RHUBARB DESSERT 
1 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. butter
Pinch of salt
4 c. rhubarb
3 egg yolks, beaten
1 3/4 - 2 c. sugar
4 level tbsp. flour
3/4 c. cream
3 egg whites
5 tbsp. sugar

Mix flour, sugar, butter and salt together. Pat in an 8"x11" pan and bake for 10 minutes at 325 degrees. Mix remaining ingredients and pour on baked crust. Bake for 45 minutes.

Prepare meringue of the 3 egg whites to which 5 tablespoons sugar has been added. Spread on top of baked rhubarb and bake until meringue is brown.
