COFFEE LOG BARS 
1 c. raisins
2/3 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 c. flour
2/3 c. cooled coffee
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Soak raisins in coffee. Mix remaining ingredients together; add to raisins and coffee mixture and mix well. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool. Make icing with powdered sugar, vanilla and milk and spread on top. Cut into bars.
