CHICKEN PIE CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, cut up
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
2 c. rice
2 c. water
1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup

Place rice in bottom of casserole dish. Cover with chicken pieces. Pour soup and water mixture over the top, allowing to seep down into the rice. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
