COUNTRY PIE CASSEROLE 
1/2 (8 oz.) can (1/2 c.) tomato sauce
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano

Combine the above ingredients and mix well. Pat into a 9 inch pie plate, fluting the edge; set aside.

FILLING:

1 1/3 c. Minute Rice
1 1/2 c. tomato sauce
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine rice, tomato sauce, 1/4 cup cheese, water and salt. Put mixture into meat shell. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered for 10-15 minutes. Cut into pie shaped pieces. Yields 5-6 servings.
