CHICKEN CRUNCH CASSEROLE 
2 1/2 c. diced cooked chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
3 c. crushed potato chips
1/4 c. shredded sharp cheese
Paprika (optional)
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine chicken, soup, milk, and salt. Heat to boiling. Spread 1 1/2 cups potato chips on bottom of greased 2 quart casserole dish. Pour in chicken mixture, cover with remaining chips. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Bake in oven (350 degrees) for 25-30 minutes.
