ALMOND CHICKEN CRUNCH SALAD 
3 c. cubed, cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. green or red seedless grapes, cut in half
1/2 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. sliced celery
1 1/4 c. Kraft mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. slivered almonds, toasted

In a big bowl mix first 4 ingredients. In a separate bowl mix remaining ingredients. Mix chicken mixture and mayonnaise mixture together. Garnish with red cabbage, shredded carrots, lettuce as desired. Serve in dish with crackers of choice.
