RAISINS PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2/3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. raisins, ground

Cream shortening, peanut butter and sugars together until light and fluffy. Add eggs; beat well. Add sifted dry ingredients. Stir in ground raisins. Roll into balls the size of a walnut. Then roll in granulated sugar. Flatten with a fork. Bake 10 minutes at 375 degrees.
